What we collect
When you submit the family directory form, we collect: your name, your spouse’s name (if provided), your email and your spouse’s email, the family branch you belong to, your city and country, and any notes you choose to share with Amanti.
How we use it
Your information is used to send you the founding letter and bylaws for review, to send the family newsletter when it launches, and to communicate with you about Foundation activities. That is the entire scope of use.
Who sees it
Submissions are saved to a private Google Sheet controlled by Amanti Melkamu. They are not shared, sold, or made available to anyone outside the family. Once the Governing Committee is in place, the Secretary will maintain the family directory going forward.
Site analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, pages, referrers, device information, and approximate visitor location. We use this to keep the site reliable and notice suspicious traffic patterns; it is not used to sell or share family information.
Your rights
You can ask Amanti to remove your information at any time, by email. We will confirm removal back to you.
